HISTORY
P.P.H.U. Rego sp.z o.o. with headquarters in Nowa Wieś at ul. Górna 19, Wronki is a family business established in 2004.
The subject of our activity is spray coating with the use of solvent-based, chemically cured paints and varnishes as well as water-based plastic parts (e.g. PC, PC + ABS, ABS, PA, PBT, PP), metal parts, both iron (e.g. steel, iron and their alloys) and non-ferrous (e.g. aluminum, copper, bronze and their alloys), as well as details made of various types of composites (e.g. carbon (e.g. carbon) or laminates) mainly for industries: household appliances, automotive (automotive), bus, tram, train, bicycle, furniture and electronic.
In 2008, we started cooperation in the field of varnishing plastic details with a leading representative of the household appliances industry in Europe, i.e. Amica Wronki S.A. (the Amica Group’s portfolio also includes the foreign brands Gram, Hansa and CDA).
In 2009, we expanded our business to varnishing plastic and metal details for entrepreneurs in the automotive industry, thanks to which the details varnished by us can be found in products, among others. Volvo Polska Sp. z o.o., Scania Polska S.A., MAN Truck & Bus AG, PESA Bydgoszcz SA, MODERTRANS POZNAŃ Sp. z o.o., Carris Lisboa. At the same time, we expanded our cooperation with other representatives of the household appliances industry, thanks to which our products were included in products, among others. Samsung Electronics Poland Manufacturing Sp. z o. o., Amica Wronki S.A., LG Electronics Wrocław Sp. z o.o., Indesit Company Sp. z o.o.
In 2013, we started the process of “Restructuring and modernization of the production plant for 2013-2019” which resulted in the construction of a new warehouse with a separate room for paint components, two external warehouses, two paint booths, three electric drying rooms, as well as a comprehensive renovation of the remaining halls production.
In 2017 we completed the next stage of the company’s modernization process, which consisted in replacing the spray booth No. 2 with a modern, professional booth equipped with, among others. with evaporative cooling (humidification), inverters, recuperation and a system of fully electronic regulation of operating parameters via a touch panel.
On 20/21/12/2017 P.P.H.U. Rego sp.z o.o. as one of the first industrial paint shops in Poland, it has successfully passed (without non-compliance) the audit procedure for the compliance of the Integrated Quality Management System with the PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard (which is confirmed by the certificate of compliance issued by the certification TÜV Nord Poland).
In December 2018 and 2019, we also positively (without non-compliance) passed the supervision audit procedure for the compliance of the Quality Management System with the PN-EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard.
In 2018 we carried out another stage of the modernization process of the company, which consisted in the purchase of a second screw compressor with a dryer and a complete modernization of the compressed air system.
We received also an the Forbes Family Business Forum award organized by Forbes Magazine as one of the most dynamically developing family businesses in the Greater Poland region in the same year (2018).
In 2019 we completed the last stage of the “Restructuring and modernization of the production plant for 2013-2019” process which consisted in replacing the spray booth No. 1 with a modern, professional booth equipped with inverters, a system of four-stage (six-stage) filtration and a system of full electronic regulation of operating parameters using a touch panel. As part of this stage our Quality Control Department was also equipped with new measuring tools, e.g. for measuring the hardness of the paint coating (DUR-O TEST), for carrying out the adhesion test, a gloss meter and a thickness gauge for paint coatings.
On 10/05/2019 we received a reference letter from our long-term customer who is one of the largest producers in the electronics / household appliances industry, Amica S.A.
In the second quarter of 2019 the program “Restructuring of the production plant for 2020-2026” was adopted which provides the construction for a new production plant.

TECHNOLOGY
The subject of activity of P.P.H.U. Rego sp.z o.o. is liquid coating of plastic parts (e.g. PC, PC + ABS, ABS, PA, PBT, PP), metal parts, both iron (e.g. steel, iron and their alloys) and non-ferrous (e.g. . aluminum, copper, bronze and their alloys), as well as details made of various types of composites (e.g. carbon (e.g. carbon) or laminates).
We offer varnishing with the use of paints and varnishes in a full range of colors (acrylic, pastel, metallic and pearl), transparent varnish and various types of paints and specialist varnishes, e.g. anti-graphite (resistant to dirt applied by spray or felt-tip pen), non-flammable in accordance with the standard railway PN EN45545, non-flammable in accordance with the bus standard ECE-R 118/2, heat-resistant (up to a temperature of 1200 CO), antibacterial, soft-touch (imitating rubber), resistant to mechanical damage (with the addition of glass), absorbing light and reflections, imitating leather and suede, imitating a chrome coating, structural, etc. both in one, two or three-layer technology.
In order to obtain products of the highest quality and constantly strive for perfection, we use only materials produced by renowned European companies, including Mankiewicz Gebr. & Co., PETER-LACKE GmbH, NOVOL Sp. z o.o., LANKWITZER POLSKA Sp. z o.o., AkzoNobel Decorative Paints Sp. z o. o., PPG Industries Poland Sp. z o.o., PPG Automotive Refinish, STS-Berg Sp. z o.o., Multichem Sp. z o.o., Teknos Sp. z o.o. and DuPont Performance Coatings Poland Sp. z o.o.
Our machine park includes among others two fully professional, electronically controlled spray booths from renowned Italian manufacturers. The first one was launched in September 2017.
It is a professional, dust-free spray booth, constructed, manufactured and adjusted individually to the needs of our production.
It has among other things an evaporative cooling system (humidification), inverters, recuperation and a fully electronic control system for operating parameters using a touch panel. The second one was launched in September 2019. It is also a professional, dust-free spray booth, designed, manufactured and adjusted individually to the needs of our production. It is equipped, among others. with inverters, a system of four-stage (six-stage) filtration and a system of full electronic regulation of operating parameters using a touch panel.
In addition, in the painting process we use three electric dryers, made to our order, controlled by Siemens equipment, and two ultrasonic cleaners included in the process of preparing aluminum details for painting. We can guarantee the highest quality and timely services thanks to the optimal adjustment of the equipment to our production
Our quality control department has measurement and control tools that allow us to carry out tests of: adhesion, thickness of the varnish coating, hardness of the varnish coating, resistance of the varnish coating to mechanical operation, resistance of the varnish coating to chemicals and gloss of the varnish coating.
As a result of the growing expectations of our customers we approach each project individually, creating an orderly and defined production process in which we place great emphasis on cleaning, preliminary and final procedures for the preparation and processing of elements and maintaining maximum cleanliness in all rooms of the paint shop.
Thanks to the combination of the highest quality products, appropriately selected production processes and the highest quality equipment and painting equipment, we guarantee the highest quality of services.
